The visualizer shows example
customer transactions against three axes: the frequency, size, and variance
in size of each transaction. Using appropriate clustering algorithms, a model
can be formed to identify the cluster centers. Each cluster contains different
groups of customers. Each customer can then be recognized as belonging to one
cluster, as shown here using color.
On the right you see MineSet being
used to analyse network firewall traffic, the example on the left shows MineSet
being used to identify fraudulent insurance transactions.
